John McDonald was amazing to work with during the refinance process. He was prompt and informative when answering my many questions. Brandon, from start to finish, was the most professional, yet caring, mortgage brokerI have ever dealt with. He consistently followed through on every detail of the refinancing process in a timely manner even when I wasn't able to respond as quickly as I should. He thoroughly explained every detail so that it was clear to me what my options were and helped me figure out what was best for me. I would hope that anyone needing to have a mortgage dealing would have someone like Brandon Woodland to guide them through the process.

Brandon was very thorough, excellent communication. Listened to what we needed and did his research to find something that fit our needs. I had spoke to other lenders who were not able to make the necessary adjustments but Brandon thought outside the box and with a simple change made an impact on reducing our payments
