I've purchased and refinanced many properties and can honestly say that I've never had such a fast and painless experience than with Perennial Funding. Aside from everyone being so great to work with, our work was short because it closed so quickly. About two week from the fist conversation to settlement and zero pain.

We are in the process of doing a second refinance with Brandon. This young man is amazing at his job. After completing our first refinance he said if any opportunities presented themselves in the future for us to receive a lower interest rate he would let us know. He is a man of his word, we just started #2 refinance with a promise of at least 1% drop in our interest rate. How can you not love this man, he does exactly what he says he will do. Ryan helped my wife and I purchase our first home. He was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. We found that purchasing a home can be extremely stressful but Ryan was able to make the experience very easy. I would highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with Brandon knowledge and his sincerity. He really helped me out a lot especially since I knew nothing about what I was doing. He took the time to completely make me understand every step of the way. I feel blessed that he was my lender and helping during this period. Brandon always made himself available to meet your schedule.
