I posted a review of Perennial in early 2019, and I will reiterate this again: Perennial is extremely lucky to have Brandon as an employee. This is the second time I've refinanced with Perennial this year, specifically working with Brandon to meet my mortgage needs. This was a little bit of a long process however Brandon was there every step of the way. He made me feel super comfortable asking any questions I may have had. He was very easy to talk with he made me feel like we were buddies. He thoroughly explained everything and if I needed to get in touch with him he was always there. All in all this was a very enjoyable experience.

Ryan was a great lender to work with. Never slacking! I felt that he was fully committed throughout the home buying process. His explanations and what to expect were accurate the entire time. Ryan always kept in touch and I would definitely recommend working with him.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with during my refinance. He was very informative, worked hard to make the best deal for me and continuously kept me in the loop whenever any changes came up. I would recommend him highly to friends or co-workers looking to refinance.

I cant thank Cyde enough for everything he has done! I highly highly recommend Cyde for any house purchase! Cyde explained to me every single detail, work with me from the start until the end. A lot of patience and helpful tips. I am really lucky to have found Cyde, and right at the moment of something as important as buying a house. As a Veteran from the US Army, I would recommend Cyde to all service members - he is a true team player! Once again, if you work with Cyde, you are in great hands.

This is my second time completing a refi with John. I always have a ton of questions and he is always available or will respond immediately, never seems annoyed and answers each one informatively. John will come up with creative solutions that no other lender will offer in order to make it happen for you. Up front, honest and a pleasure to work with.
