Ryan made this process so much easier than I could have ever expected! As a first time home buyer, I was confused often! However, I was comfortable asking him dumb questions, and he was great at making everything a little more clear. I truly appreciate all he did for me, and would 100% recommend working with him, and work with him again in the future for sure.

This loan officer know his job very well. What he dose not know he will get back with you with in a matter of hours ,the time it took to get my loan approved was amazing, very Thur with paperwork.dont need to call you for miss paper work

Our rates were lower than the other lenders I spoke with which was the driving factor with choosing Perennial. The whole process was fairly smooth and was fairly painless on our end. Our only two hiccups were: incorrect info on some of our initial signing paperwork (30yr FHA when we wanted 15yr Conventional) and having to change our closing date on the day of our closing. Working with our loan officer, Patrick to refinance our mortgage was a pleasant and stress free experience. Patrick was professional, personable and efficient. We found that his estimates were spot on through closing. Patrick actually saved us money on closing costs! Patrick was our loan officer for a refinance last year so he kept in touch with us via email. We’re so glad Patrick came to the rescue the second time around and got us a lower mortgage payment. I would highly recommend Patrick for mortgage loan needs.

Brandon was the best to work with. Quick to update and educate us on the entire process. Brandon was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made the whole experience painless. From start to finish Brandon worked with us, from collecting the latest and recent requests to processing the information quickly. It was fun and easy working with Melanie. She is very responsive and knowledgable. I did refinance/debt consolidation with Perennial, and the entire process was painless.
