If you think that your lender is hard to work with, switch over and find Cyde. Most helpful person in the world. Cyde was a god send when we we're looking to close in 30 days and ever other lender told us it couldn't be done. He was sure of his work ethic and made our dream come true. He was available when I needed him and explained everything we had questions about.

I had an extremely convoluted situation involving wills, heirs, court orders and existing misinformation. I wasn't sure if I should have just hired an attorney to fix everything before applying for refinance, but Collin convinced me that they could handle it. It took almost 3 months but I closed my refinance 12/30 19. Great Job!

I was trying to decide whether to refinance and really needed to speak to someone that genuinely wanted to help me figure out the best thing to do. I filled out a request on some site and some guy from Perennial Funding called me and left a message, it wasn't Collin. The guy was very aggressive and blunt, so I didn't call him back. Michael Staples who I would assume is the best in the business based on my experience tackled my issues far greater then almost anyone could imagine. I had a below 600 credit score and smaller income and was classified as “toxic” by the bank who eventually gave me the loan. I never in a million years would have thought I would have been approved for the loan I received and I was turned down by multiple banks prior to using Michael.
