With my unique situation, Brandon never judged me and walked me through the process that i expected to be worse than the dentist. He was fast and professional and more helpful than i expected. He was available to me on odd hours and seemed as though he expected to hear from me and never seemed to be bothered, in fact I always felt he was looking forward to our conversations.
Perennial, and Ryan, were extremely helpful and really helped to put me at ease throughout my home buying experience. Ryan was always available for questions, and always felt that he was doing his utmost to secure us the best terms for our home. Through perennial I was connected to the realtor who helped me find my home, as well as other services.
We recently refinanced our home with Brandon. I was not sure what I was hoping for could be done, but Brandon made it happen! The process was quick and easy and I would absolutely recommend Brandon and work with him again.
John was amazing to work with, came through on every aspect of the loan. He was extremely easy to talk to and very responsive. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Whether you are a first time buyer or refinancing, John is your go to person. Couldn't recommend him any stronger!!!
