Purchasing our first house for our family is really stressful esp if you have a limited budget like me but Ryan was really helpful and responds to all my questions quickly and was able to be at our closing date. Thanks for all your help in purchasing our house. It took a while but we are glad that we were able to close it and move in as expected.

Corey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. There were numerous changes on my part due to the complexity of the refinance and he was very quick and responsive to handle all of my questions and changing situations. The rates and costs provided were the best I could find and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ryan was extremely easy to deal with, was never patronizing, explained processes with expertise, and was reliable with reminders and responses. Ryan changed my preconcieved notions relating to mortgages being complicated by making it much easier in actuality.

Brandon listened and was on top with following through with all aspects of the refinance process. He called to check and or update as much as I needed. He really listened. That was a real motivator for me. He didn't sound like some one attempting just to get your business but some one who really care about doing the best job and the best results to my situation. He even work hard while sick. I would definitely recommend working with him as I hope to again if needed.

I was in need of refinancing my current mortgage and was given Corey's name at Perennial Funding and from the first email Corey was all in. Great to work with during my Condo purchase in FL. Corey and his group were always there to answer any of my questions. It not easy making an out of state purchase but with Corey and his group at Perennial they made it easy. I have made quite a few property purchases and I have to honestly say Perennial was the best I dealt with.
