Brandon was absolutely fantastic to work with, he listened to what was important to us on the refinance and really worked diligently to ensure that we were getting the best offer to help set us up for success with our finances. He followed up and make sure that we understood everything.

Collin was amazing,extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I had a lot of questions and he was always available and knowledgeable in answering them which made the process totally stress free. Brandon is an exceptional worker - Perennial is lucky to have him as an employee. He goes above and beyond to make sure ALL your questions are answered. If any hiccups in the originations process arise, you can rest assured knowing that Brandon will take care of the issue. He ALWAYS calls you back when he says he will, and is ALWAYS accessible. If he misses your phone call, he’ll promptly call you back. If other companies had employees with Brandon’s work ethic, life would be so much easier.

Ryan and his team were great to work with. From the very first conversation, I felt confident that we were in good hands. I particularly appreciated that I was able to have one point of contact through the process, which made communication easy. Ryan is very professional, always available and extremely helpful and easy to work with. All infomation was clear, simple and very informative.
