Michael definitely went above and beyond in his efforts to get me squared away with a refinance. We had a bit of a curve ball come up (not his fault, mine) and Michael remained confident the entire time that we could get my refi done. He was always available to answer questions, even those I asked more than once trying to ensure I understood everything. He did a great job getting my refi closed and I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Ryan is the best loan officer you could ask for. He is very professional, pleasant and is very patient. Ryan was the one who was able to refinance our existing home 4 years ago at a record low 3.25%. No one else cam close to getting us that rate. Then he was able to get us in our new home with only 15% down when a local bank could not get us in with 20% down. He saved the deal and we closed within 3 weeks. No matter what your situation is, Ryan can get you the best deal on a new mortgage. We will never go to a local bank again.

I recently refinanced with Perennial lending and our broker John McDonald was fantastic. he answered all concerns and question promptly and specifically, any time day , night , or weekend. Working with him was a pleasure. It was so fantastic to see paid off on our higher interest mortgage with a large bank that was gouging us for years. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great rate.
