There are just not enough words to describe what an awesome group they are at Perennial Funding and Ryan Christiansen is top notch. He was always in contact, answered his phone and you didn’t have to go through 50 prompts if you needed to reach him. The whole experience of buying a house was so pleasant and stress free. Corey and his team at Perennial Funding LLC were fantastic! Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and anticipated a lot of stress; however, Corey made everything so easy and responded to all of my questions immediately. He was very professional and engaged throughout the home-buying process. Corey knows all the ins and outs of every type of loan, especially my VA loan. Brandon and his team did an excellent job meeting our refinancing needs. He was able to direct us to the right loan for us, but also made the entire process easy and straight forward. Through the whole process we felt he was working for us, not us working for the process.

The guy who did my original mortgage told me I would be unable to do a refi. He was insulted that I was talking with Perennial, and told me he was 99.9 percent certain that he was right and that they were wrong. Boswell was so patient and kind and he kept telling me he could do it, and he did! I am self employed so these loans are not always the easiest, but Boswell made it easy. He was a total pleasure to work with. You should for sure get him to help you with your mortgage!!!!!

Mike was fabulous, he worked through a situation for me that no other lender was able to accomplish. We had a second mortgage with a balloon that I lost sleep over. He was able to find us a great solution and get rid of the second mortgage. He followed through and walked us through the process. I will definitely refer him to family/friends. It is always nerve wracking to refinance but Mike and his team made it easy, smooth and seamless.

Ryan is on top of his game! He made it very easy for me to obtain my new home by making sure I am informed on my required documents so I can obtain them in a timely fashion. He goes above and beyond to help me understand the requirements and he is very personable and easygoing. He helped me achieved my dream of becoming a homeowner! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
