Salesman was friendly and not pushy. the work was done quickly and they did a great job.
We have an old odd sized aluminum garden window in our kitchen that has become a leaky and worrisome eyesore. We had Performance Remodeling come out to take a look at replacing it with a modern insulated vinyl unit. Mike Miner and Bob Karbousky came out separately to check out our situation and both put us at ease and educated us on the available options and product details. Called Performance Remodeling for a quote to have a window installed where there is not an existing window. Mike Miner was able to come out the same week. Mike is incredibly professional and he KNOWS HIS STUFF!! We were so impressed with his expertise. Mike and his company are now scheduled to add a new window to our home. I had three older Pella windows and a door wall that needed to be replaced at my home in Allen Park. Performance was able to match the color, and install beautiful new products much cheaper than Pella. Their sales person came to my home, showed me various products, and wrote up my order. Their staff contacted me frequently to let me know how the order was progressing and to plan the install. Their install team then did a great job on the install, including caulking and cleaning up.
I had my gutters installed. Beautiful product and fast service. I’m very happy with both the product and the company.
A great company to deal with. They follow through with what they promise. I'm very satisfied with the roofing job they did fixing minor things that were damaged during install. Too bad more companies don't show the same amount of pride in their work.
Decided to replace my 45 windows with Performance Remodeling after getting quotes from 2 other deferent window companies, what made me decide to pick performance is Mike their sales rep he took all the 45 windows Measurements in like 30 minutes the other 2 sales rep kept going back and forth on the measurements he’s knowledge and experienced on what he does... waiting for my windows and I’ll update on my experience after the installation.
