Absolutely awful service, to say the least! I have been going to this vet for years, and I am absolutely appalled at how poorly they have treated me and my cat in the last moments of her life. I've taken my animals to this clinic since ~2015. First, they've refused to acknowledge me as my animals' owner, despite the fact that my wife (Melissa Brown) told them to make me the primary contact and account holder multiple times. Any time I've tried to order medicine online, they refused to let me until I used my wife's email account. NO LOYALTY. Very sweet to new customers but after 30 years and over $60,000 using them exclusively for rescues and personal, zero consideration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I have never been so disrespected in my 65yrs. Sorry for the long post but can not believe this whole office staff would not refill my babies prescriptions and dropped the one that is diabetic in the middle of treatment not even giving us a week or so to set up with another clinic. Unwilling to even consider that staff might have made an error. As I stated I am more than willing to except responsibility when I am wrong but being bold faced lied about is where I draw the line.
