The staff is amazing and always so helpful. They always get us in super quick and all the doctors are so gentle and informative! I won't take my pets anywhere else!
I have used this veterinarian service for years. My baby girl was so sick yesterday. She had been up all night with stomach contractions and blood in her stool. She was not able to keep any of her food down. Very dehydrated. The wait time to get in was very minimal. They drew blood to check and see if there was any organ damage done. I was sent home with three different medications after she received one injection. We have used Pet Haven for more than 5 years and have spent a great deal of money with them. We have been more than pleased up until today. Our dog had become seriously ILL on a Sunday, she had thrown up about 20 times within about 12 hours when we called PET HAVEN on Monday morning to ask questions, they, of course, told us she needed to be seen. I'm sorry you are mistaken, but our receptionist did inform you this morning that we offer CareCredit as the option to make payments for Bella's medical expenses. We have no intention of "leaving an animal to die than give you a payment arrangement." If you needed help applying, we would have been happy to process the application with you in the office instead of you navigating the application by yourself at home.
Brutus and I have had good experiences in the past with Pethaven however, the last vist was very unpleasing. They charged me $15 to trim his nail yet they barley trimmed them at all. His nails still make a clicking sound on the floor and they cause him pain when he walks. After the first visit I knew Pethaven was the place for us. Now after this last cost I know that my Brutus, can no longer be trusted in their hands. Not sure what has caused them to go down hill but, I know I am looking into new vets.

Thank you. I did find Brutus under that name and I see that he was in about 1 month ago. If you would please give us a call to schedule a convenient time that you can bring Brutus in so we can take at look at what you are describing and see if his nails can be trimmed shorter. If the quicks are long and the nails can't be trimmed shorter without pain and bleeding, we will show you why that is and discuss further how we can help to get his nails shorter.
They sent my pup home said he would be ok I spent all I had he died two hours later Gd people didn't Like Getting told he would live and having him die shortly after
