NO LOYALTY. Very sweet to new customers but after 30 years and over $60,000 using them exclusively for rescues and personal, zero consideration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Vicky, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, our veterinarians are limited to how many patients they can see at a given moment and clients may see varying wait times throughout the day. We ask for your understanding as our hospital staff works hard to attend to the needs of every pet that works through our doors even with a large volume of patients.

I have never been so disrespected in my 65yrs. Sorry for the long post but can not believe this whole office staff would not refill my babies prescriptions and dropped the one that is diabetic in the middle of treatment not even giving us a week or so to set up with another clinic. Unwilling to even consider that staff might have made an error. As I stated I am more than willing to except responsibility when I am wrong but being bold faced lied about is where I draw the line. Our vet recently closed and we were in the process of obtaining records to switch over to Pet Haven this week. I will say the first time I called the staff member I spoke to was very short on the phone and I had my reservations but we were willing to give it a try. Then I saw reviews of many horrible encounters with rude staff members! Still wasn't convinced but then I saw Pet Haven's response to these negative reviews. I have gone to Pet Haven for many many years and never had an issue until today when they came to check in my dogs. The lady Interrupted me repeatedly, telling me that my dogs were not due for shots etc. which was fine I didn’t have a problem with that but when I asked her to quit interrupting me and let me finish talking she told me she didn’t like my attitude. Your behavior was completely unacceptable today: multiple staff members witnessed you get out of your car, get into the technician's face, and scream "Bitch" and "Fucking Bitch" over and over. You say it was because she interrupted you while clarifying how you wanted to proceed with the vaccines due later? There's no justification to act like that and she was completely correct to tell you she didn't appreciate being spoken to the way you were speaking to her. We will never use Pet Haven again. An appt was made and misunderstood that is was at 230 and it was at 220. Arrived at 227 and was denied the appt. receptionist was rude and I don’t think any business should be open that acts in this manner. The 5 star rating on FB is a joke because they prevent people from giving them another rating.

In order to try to keep appointments on time we are not able to take late check-ins. Your wife was offered to reschedule to a later opening this afternoon to try to get Ivanka taken care of. However, after your profanity-filled phone calls this afternoon and now your attempt to harass employees via their personal social media this evening, we will no longer be able to provide you service. Your records for Ivanka will be in the mail tomorrow.

Pet Haven sent us a reminder for my cat to get vaccines. We called to make an appointment for this and they scheduled us for an exam and didn’t give her vaccines. When I called about it, they said the only thing they could do is schedule vaccines and the $56 we paid went towards the 5 minute “more thorough” exam that she apparently received. They normally give her a physical along with the vaccines, so basically we are paying double the amount to get done what they initially were supposed to do. Thank you for your feedback: the appointment for Luna was specified as a "general exam" and your husband declined vaccines to both the technician setting the up the room and the Doctor that saw Luna today, and only consented to vaccines for Molly. We would have been happy to add them on for Luna if he had allowed it; however, today she received the full exam, which is not a part of a vaccine visit. Hopefully that makes it more clear on why Luna did not receive vaccines today.

We’ve gone to Pet Haven for years. It has always been an ok experience...a bit unorganized, rushed, and a different vet every time, but decent. One of our dogs is very fearful of new people and has ALWAYS required 2 of her humans to keep her calm as the vet checks her over. I made sure to mention this as I booked her yearly appointment and was told by the person on the other end of the line that this wasn’t a problem as it was noted as a necessity in her chart. Sorry for the long post. I put this on YELP, but thought it might be helpful to read here as well. Unfortunately, after looking at the reviews on Yelp and Google and not seeing a positive one for over 2 years, I am not the only one that's had an experience like I had today. I too have been going to Pet Haven for many years and like others, this is not a review of the veterinarians' abilities, but the unfortunate lack of customer service. would Love if the service at the the Desk was not Hateful. every time.. never have I had such rude service. its only 1 girl. love my Vet .. shes the Best . counter service SUCKS.
