Based on my experiences with Pet Haven recently, I do not recommend anyone utilize them for veterinary services. I can relate to many other “do not recommend” reviews on this page.
Recommendeddo not go here!!! Scam. rude work staff. dod not perform any service asked. told me that was a communication error on me.... did not give me what I paid for. gave me 2 pills instead of 4. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I beg you.

I’m not sure what has happened to this clinic but reviews are not good now. I’ve been trusting Pet Haven with my pets for 20 plus years, but I’m now looking for a different clinic. I called yesterday to see how far down on the so-called waiting list to get my 10 month old puppy neutered when I was told they don’t have a waiting list and can’t explain why I was not called. After using Pet Haven for over 15 years, I have just been treated horribly by their office staff while awaiting test results for my terminally ill dog. They refused to provide details of ultrasound diagnostics since the doctor who saw him last was not in today. We have been waiting on these results for two days. I only called once per day to check for the results but was verbally assaulted by the staff today. Staff is very rude when you call to ask questions or need help. They act bothered by having to help you.
Emily Ferris is very rude and her approach to a situation was uncalled for..I hope someone talks to her and she handles things differently..

My sis took her baby in for a simple TRIM and left with a dog who by evening couldn’t stand or walk on his own. By morning was yelping and not responding for treats. After taking him in they told her it must be related to an UNDIAGNOSED PRE EXISTING CONDITION that there had been zero evidence of prior to the appointment. No responsibility taken at all.
