I would have to say that it is difficult to find a good veterinary practice where as a customer you feel completely comfortable. I took my cat to this practice and was pretty satisfied with the doctors and staff. Today I had to take my cat to be euthanized. I am extremely disappointed and upset about the experience. We scheduled an appointment and experienced disorganization from staff and being rushed like we were just a number. I'm so sick of this place. Stay away from Wendy the technician. She is not only rude and careless, but says rude things about clients within earshot! Very unprofessional and shows no empathy towards clients or patients. A few years ago they changed management, the new manager is Kelly, who lacks any human emotion. MY WORST VET EXPERIENCE EVER I adopted a pet through a local organization (ACT) and took him to Pet Medical Center for a wellness check-up that was included with the adoption. Dr. Johnston (loony lady) quickly gave three vaccinations and rang me up a bill I wasn't expecting. I really feel like I was robbed and deceived. My main purpose for taking him in was to get all his vet records to take to my vet.

We extend a FREE exam to new pet parents of ACT pets so that new parents have the opportunity to see a veterinarian and receive a medical examination at no charge.
