Have taken my pets here several times over the last few years. Always good service and easy to get appointments. Doctors are generally very nice and knowledgeable. What's keeping them away from a higher rating from me is the price tag. Office visit and routine shots for my 3 cats just cost me over $500! And I had no idea that much till I went to check out. Prices were not always this steep. If I had the luxury of extra cash I'd continue here.

We have been going to this vet since about 2008. We loved them for years. But these last few years, we haven't had the same confidence we once did. They just look at our dog quickly and give us a quick diagnosis and leave. It is hard to get someone to actually discuss what is going on. I finally had enough when I scheduled bloodwork for my dog, and they failed to tell me that she needed to have her thyroid medication 4-5 hours before the appointment. They wouldn't even make an appointment over the phone. They wanted me to come down and fill paperwork and then make an appointment. Crazy!!!!! More complicated than people doctors. I do not recommend

Not sure what I was thinking giving 2 stars, they don't even deserve one strictly because of the office manager. The person responding to my review is a complete liar. Do not take your pets here if you want to be respected and/or charged appropriately. I've gone to another local vet and the experience is night and day. For example, the police were NEVER involved. I was threatened with police for simply asking to discuss a bill in person? Do not trust this establishment. Please message me w any specific questions.

Our lobby does have surveillance, but that is not something that is regularly provided to clients for viewing. So, dropped my Jack Russell's off on Friday for a reserved VIP Suite with camera. They tell me they will email me camera info. Saturday morning still no email. Call them and they say they will resend. Not that they sent it on Friday because I got their application email just fine. Now it's Saturday afternoon and still no email. So I call again and was told they were having issues with their IT and would give me a discount and text me pics. Sunday, still no camera info but no time to call. Why was I charged for a large dog when my dog was 4months? Why is it that you doctors push meds on my dog who isn't even old enough to take them? Why is it that I'm not the only one who has had more than an unpleasant experience with your customer service at the counter? Maybe they should be more educated on pricing and knowledge of dogs. I'm glad you took the time to answer nothing but I am more than happy to never return to your establishment just make sure I receive his med docs in my email. Thanks have a pleasant day.

I am glad to hear you were satisfied with your pet's grooming visit. I see he came for grooming in June. The total cost for the grooming appointment included bathing, brush, dry, nails, teeth, ears, a sanitary trim to the face, feet and fanny, as well as a full body de-shed. So I just received this letter in the mail pretty ironic and funny how I just told them to give me the paperwork and I would never be back yet they find it necessary to tell me that they are gonna discontinue any future services peri think it was pretty clear when I told them to take a hike it was pretty clear when I told them to take a hike in not such nice terms. Appointments made for just vaccines are scheduled as such if the client does not communicate pressing health concerns at the time of scheduling, and has a current doctor exam on file. I am so disgusted with the lack of professionalism and service that I received from this vet clinic! When I dropped off my dog (boarding for 4 nights, groom on pick up day plus getting all of his yearly shots) and when I made the appointment, I specifically asked to include a 12 month prescription for heartworm preventative medication. I gave the intake person a copy of last years Vet receipt (from a different Vet) to show them what my dog received last year (rabies, distemper, heartworm check, rattlesnake booster, etc.). ... read more

Thank you for the quick response but you completely missed what was upsetting. I understand the credit card policy. That wasn't the problem. The problem began when your employee accused me of "always being a problem" when I have not been. Your employee told me that she "doesn't care" because she "only works there 1 day a week." In the service industry, these are pretty concerning remarks by an employee. Needless to say, you have lost a customer, but given your remarks, I'm sure you don't mind.
