We used Pet Paradise because our normal sitter was not available. We knew our pups would only go out two times a day and were a bit concerned. We dropped them off and hoped for the best as we didn't have many options. We checked the camera and eventually found our pups. They seemed happy. We called and asked if they could give me a updates on how the pups were doing and they said it was an extra fee to get a report card every day. I decided to go with pet Paradise to board my pug during a vacation because it was near the airport and they had cameras. They offered one free night for all new customers, which was great special to offer...Tyrone ( my dog) stayed for 4 days. Booking the reservation was pretty easy, as I was able to upload all of Tyrone's necessary documentation prior to drop off so that I wouldn't have to do all that paperwork day of drop off. I was recommended Pet Paradise by an ATL native and pet-parent when I first moved here. My cat has stayed at Pet Paradise multiple times and comes home without any significant changes to her behavior or her body. The staff enjoys her and she seems to enjoy them as well. Just FYI she's a really chill cat, so I imagine she is much easier to handle than an energetic cat. I still recommend Pet Paradise just to see how it goes. My first visit was pretty good. I hit a hiccup with vaccines because the place where my pup received his bordetella didn't put in writing when it expired. And because it can be either six or twelve months I called and was on hold for a bit. Tiffany was great about it She was able to clear things up, give me a tour, explain how the facility operated and get my little fella settled. The staff is friendly and facilities are nice. I was referred to Pet Paradise by a friend after my usual Vet/Boarder cancelled on me right before Labor Day because their A/C went out in the kennels. Pet Paradise accommodated me and off we went to the US Virgin Islands with the same friends that referred us for a 5 days. We got stuck in St. Thomas for 2 extra days because Hurricane Earl shut down the airport do to weather. I am a travel nurse and my dog LOVES going to day cares. We have been to multiple facilities across the states and never had issues, however, I'm not for sure how I feel about this place. Pros: super close to the airport so easy to drop off and pick up. Staff was super friendly. Prices are reasonable. Cons: I dropped my dog off for his first day at daycare. I checked the cameras all day for him and never saw him once on the camera out with the other dogs or even in a kennel. So not for sure what was going on there and it... read more

Had to board the baby for a few days. Loved that we could check in and see them on the webcam. So happy to see that staff interacts with the animals and don't just leave them locked up all day.

Idk how I've forgotten to do a review on this place, but better late than never. Let me just say that I am EXTREMELY particular when it comes to my pup. I treat him as if I personally birthed him lol. I am also a very anal individual in general. This facility far exceeds my expectations. I've been bringing my pup here for about 7 months and he just loves it! When I say "we're going to day care" he absolutely loses it, in a good way. The staff is so amazing and attentive with him. Left our pup here for six days while we went on vacation. I feel so good leaving him here because I know he's safe and taking care of it is obvious that he exercised a lot with the other dogs because he is currently in a deep sleep. Thank you for once again taking care of our little trip dog.
