Convenient, professional and caring are how I tell everyone that Pet Paradise operates. We have used them for years and are never disappointed. I know my dog loves it there because he is never hesitant to walk in the door. he feels right at home and that is most important to me. The way they treat my best friend.
We really like this place. We boarded our 70 lb German Shepherd mix for 12 days over the 2018 Christmas holiday without any issue, and we've taken him to daycare several times. Sure, he comes home smelling like chlorine and urine--not sure what people expect when you put a bunch of dogs together in a confined space with a pool and AstroTurf (we've never found an indoor daycare place where he doesn't come home smelling a little like urine). This facility has plenty of room for my dogs. They stay in a double suite and I've used them the last 4 times I went out of town. Friendly staff.

Always have good service via phone & pick up. Pacino my 140lb cane corso seems to love it here. He gets excited when we come. They can be a little pricey, but I wouldnt send him anywhere else.

If you have not made a New Year's Resolution for your ferry pet, may I suggest adding Pet Paradise. You would not be disappointed and would be thoroughly pleased. They are everything you would look for in caring for your four-legged family member.

I love being able to watch my Bruno during the day on the web cams, I had an issue the first week he came but brought it to the managers attention and they quickly corrected it and he's been loving coming here.

I love this place ! My dog gets ridiculously excited every time we turn the corner into the parking lot. Keep up the great work! I recently just changed my pet's food & feeding her has become a bit more difficult than before. I was scared that they would get it wrong; but, they were purposeful in reading the new directions & following them. They accepted her dietary changes with ease and understanding.
