Easy to make reservations online or via phone. Dogs visible via cameras which is always good for me. Overall clean, but always room for improvement and i would say that about any place. Friendly staff and i always look to ensure attention is given my dogs when watching on camera.
Thor has been going to daycares since he was 6 months old, just to socialize him some. We moved to a new area and this location came up. I went without my puppy to tour the facility and I was really impressed. The only downside was because he isn't fixed, he wouldn't get to play with the other dogs. This was my first time boarding my puppy for a weekend away and I was an anxious mom to say the least. I called multiple times before boarding to ensure I had all of my questions answered. The team emailed me pics of her on her first day without me even having to ask. They have cameras in their play areas so you can check in throughout the day. I called about 10 boarding places prior to making a decision and I love that Pet Paradise temperament tests your dog with 2-3 dogs to see how they interact before unleashing 5-10 dogs... read more
PetParadise is my fur baby home away from home. The staff are always friendly. He loves coming here! I trust them to take care of my pet when I'm away from home.

Always pleased with the level of service the team provides. My dog leaves happy. I appreciate their flexibility with last minute bookings. Overall my favorite kennel thus far and my dog is 8, so we've been through quite a few places. I'd like for pet Paradise to develop a rewards program for boarding. After 10 non-consecutive stays you get a free stay.
This place is the bomb ! Pet paradise has the Best Animal care for your pet! I wouldn't take Rex anywhere else bet that!

I wanted to like some of the locally owned places better, but to be honest they're just not as good. My dog would rather not be boarded, but when we do, he seems pretty cool with them. So far they've been nice and easy to deal with
