This in my opinion is a terrible location. When you walk in they take their sweet time coming out to help you. The place does not look as though they're managing it well. The floors and walls look nasty and the bathrooms are disgusting inside. No paper towels in the towel dispenser. I did not see any of the animals playing. This was last minute for me bringing my pet. This is also the last time too. I'll stick to the location in Peachtree city...

I took my two dogs there yesterday. I had not been in a few years, not because of a bad experience just found one very close to home. Yesterday was a complete disaster! I had an 8:00 appointment for my Biewer Terrier and Yorkie Pom. Both have long hair and around 6 lbs. They both are well maintained, combed and brushed daily. I arrived at 7:55 with both dogs. DO NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE! This is the worst Pet Paradise in the country. It should be called Pet Prison. It is a black eye on the entire company. My experience (with Pet Paradise) has always been great and we have used multiple locations. Most are warm, inviting and pet friendly. Not this one. It looks like a prison. If you love your dog then please do not use these people. My puppy was bitten by an Alaskan Malamute on Easter Sunday at 2 pm. No one contacted me until 735 pm that night and they told me that she was at the vet in surgery. I paid extra so that my puppy would be out of harms way from other dogs and I have given these people thousands of dollars over the past two years. I was super excited to take him here, staff were really nice and it was our first time going and they seemed to really care about the dogs. But upon pick up our dog was absolutely soaked in pee, I understand it a little bit if he gets excited or something. But all his feet were disgusting and he was only there for 24 hours, I can't imagine what it would be like with more nights.
If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. I dropped my dog Remy off at this facility for boarding over Christmas so that I could fly home and spend the holiday with my family. The first day after I dropped him off, I got a call that he had been attacked by another dog during group play. They called ASKING if he should be seen by a vet for MULTIPLE puncture wounds. Beware !!! This is the second or third time in a year I had to address the same issue. I have an expensive frenchie that I have to pay extra to board and play alone. When I picked him up yesterday the bottom half of his body was stained with urine and feces. For the amount of money we pay I expect them to hose him down or at least call and offer a bath, it's part of taking care of our pets . My dogs have been going to this location since I first got them, initially for just doggie day care and then for multi-night boarding. That's over 2 years for the oldest and the youngest has been there twice in the last 3 months. I always pay extra for them to be kept in a private suite together away from the other dogs. Usually I also pay for them to receive baths prior to pickup so that they are fresh and clean.
