let me tell you i love and adore pet paradise for so many reasons i don't know where to start. my dog loves it there. they have a play session format where the dogs play for an hour or so, and then they rest, and then i think they do this 5-7 times throughout the dog. the first time i heard this i as skeptical thinking my dog would prefer to just be out the entire day, but from experience i believe my dog is more tired from this format b/c it allows him to "sprint" during play sessions and go all out, and thenrest, instea... read more

My dog stayed there for the first time this past weekend. The staff was friendly and my dog seemed to enjoy it. I'll definitely be returning.

We've had nothing but very pleasant experiences with Pet Paradise. We've boarded our dog and 2 cats here for a couple of years now. One of the big pluses for us is that this facility boards both dogs and cats, in separate areas of course, and not many places in Atlanta will board cats. We've also boarded our dog and cats with several other boarding facilities around town, and except for one facility (dog-only), Pet Paradise rated higher satisfaction with us than the rest. My dog dog loves this place. He mainly stays for day care, but I have boarding him here before and the staff takes great care of my dog. The facility is very modern, clean, and does not have a "certain smell" that other boarding places have. They also have a bone shape pool. The staff are very professional and truly care about your dog. If you have concerns, they are willing to listen and fix any problems. I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years with no issues. I boarded them over the Christmas holiday and they came home injured, filthy, smelling awful and visibly traumatized. No one called before I picked them up to tell me they were hurt and I never heard from a manager after I reported the injuries to an employee over the phone. One of my dogs is still not able to run and is having trouble with stairs. Both of which were not an issue prior to their stay at this location. This in my opinion is a terrible location. When you walk in they take their sweet time coming out to help you. The place does not look as though they're managing it well. The floors and walls look nasty and the bathrooms are disgusting inside. No paper towels in the towel dispenser. I did not see any of the animals playing. This was last minute for me bringing my pet. This is also the last time too. I'll stick to the location in Peachtree city...

I took my two dogs there yesterday. I had not been in a few years, not because of a bad experience just found one very close to home. Yesterday was a complete disaster! I had an 8:00 appointment for my Biewer Terrier and Yorkie Pom. Both have long hair and around 6 lbs. They both are well maintained, combed and brushed daily. I arrived at 7:55 with both dogs. One was checked in at 8:20, the other not until 9:24. I spoke to the groomer around 11 AM to clarify the style of trim. I was told she would text me when done. At 3:15 ... read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE! This is the worst Pet Paradise in the country. It should be called Pet Prison. It is a black eye on the entire company. My experience (with Pet Paradise) has always been great and we have used multiple locations. Most are warm, inviting and pet friendly. Not this one. It looks like a prison. If you love your dog then please do not use these people. My puppy was bitten by an Alaskan Malamute on Easter Sunday at 2 pm. No one contacted me until 735 pm that night and they told me that she was at the vet in surgery. I paid extra so that my puppy would be out of harms way from other dogs and I have given these people thousands of dollars over the past two years.
