Love the management team and enjoy the staff and all of our furry babies are well taken care of in our absence. Only wish the experience could be more automated and seamless but the convenience of the location's proximity to the airport is hard to beat.

Pet Paradise is the only place we bring our pets when we go out of town. Our dogs can stay in the same pen and get their own bed. So close to the airport but also right off the interstate so easy to get to not only when flying but even to drop them off when we are driving. Areas are always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It's so important to me that someone is on staff 24 hours not only for our pets well being but also to be able to pick them up if we arrive lat at night!

Khloe loves this place and so do I. The convenience is the best and the staff is always so helpful. If you are looking for a place to leave your baby this is definitely it. They also offer the forever connected package which gives you an inside look on what your baby is doing during their stay. Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

My dog loves going to Pet Paradise. I love the people who greet us and I love watching them interact with the dogs through the large windows from the lobby into the play area. My dogs favorite spot seems to be the pool. He loves getting in to play but hates getting out. I would recommend this Pet Paradise to anyone. It's convenient to the interstate and very convenient to the Atlanta airport!

Best place for my dogs, they love the place and always excited to get there. ...the stuff ppl are so caring and loving, makes me feel good to leave my babies with and under their watch. Love the place.

Smokey loves going to Pet paradise and the customer service is A+++++. Smokey has visited for day camp as well as long stays while I'm on vacation and my mind is always at ease because I know he is in good hands. We are always warmly greeted when we arrive for check in and I never feel rushed going over the details of his stay. My regular boarding facility was full so I tried Pet Paradise because of the proximity to the airport and hours for pick up and drop off. My wife and I had a great experience with them and my dog came home happy and healthy! I will use them again.

I took a survey that was emailed to me about PetParadise after my pup was boarded there. I was honest about the amount of time that my dog got to actually play (I checked the webcam often). Little did I know, but the survey went to the owner and Shannon contacted me immediately. She was very kind and reviewed the footage and informed me that my dog was with another group (the smaller dogs) and that's why I didn't see him playing on the webcam.
