I have been taking my puppy here for day care and the occasional boarding ever since I got him from the animal shelter. Never had any problems and the staff is wonderful with my puppy.

I recently started taking my baby Blanco to this facility to daycare due to my work schedule. OMG...This is the BEST place ever for pet! The staff is very patient, helpful, and most of all friendly with Blanco. When he first started attending the facility he was only 7 weeks so he cried a lot. Within a weeks time Blanco's behavior changed. He started acting like a big boy. Socialization with other dogs really helped him as well. We have been taking our "boys" Otto and Harley to Pet Paradise since we moved nearby a couple years back. This place is fantastic - the staff is great, they take such good care of the pets. Everytime we come back from vacation, the boys have that look in their eyes of "cant we stay here a little bit more before going back home" which really makes us all feel good. LOVE the fact that you can basically get them 24/7 - super convenient.

My fur babies love coming for day care and the team is always upbeat and personal. I trust PPR with my dogs boarding and day care. I've been using them for over a year and just recently started bringing in foster dogs for socialization. The teams work with my special fosters and I appreciate all the extra help I can get with these special dogs.

let me tell you i love and adore pet paradise for so many reasons i don't know where to start. my dog loves it there. they have a play session format where the dogs play for an hour or so, and then they rest, and then i think they do this 5-7 times throughout the dog. the first time i heard this i as skeptical thinking my dog would prefer to just be out the entire day, but from experience i believe my dog is more tired from this format b/c it allows him to "sprint" during play sessions and go all out, and thenrest, instea... read more

We've had nothing but very pleasant experiences with Pet Paradise. We've boarded our dog and 2 cats here for a couple of years now. One of the big pluses for us is that this facility boards both dogs and cats, in separate areas of course, and not many places in Atlanta will board cats. We've also boarded our dog and cats with several other boarding facilities around town, and except for one facility (dog-only), Pet Paradise rated higher satisfaction with us than the rest. My dog dog loves this place. He mainly stays for day care, but I have boarding him here before and the staff takes great care of my dog. The facility is very modern, clean, and does not have a "certain smell" that other boarding places have. They also have a bone shape pool. The staff are very professional and truly care about your dog. If you have concerns, they are willing to listen and fix any problems. I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years with no issues. I boarded them over the Christmas holiday and they came home injured, filthy, smelling awful and visibly traumatized. No one called before I picked them up to tell me they were hurt and I never heard from a manager after I reported the injuries to an employee over the phone.
