Imagine taking your beloved dog to doggie day camp or boarding them with the expectations of them receiving group play with other dogs. Now imagine taking both of your dogs for that experience. Studies show the importance of having a well-socialized dog and we were willing to pay the price. Sometimes even paying for extra playtime. I bought my toy poodle here to be groomed. She had some matting on top, not on her belly because I shaved her myself. Upon picking up my dog, she had a gash on her belly. The groomer said she was "severely matted" which was a complete lie. These people don't know what they are doing and to make it even worse, they still charged me full price. I've taken my dog to many other places and no groomer has ever cut her, let alone give her a huge gash. I spoke to the manager Asia & nothing was resolved. My poor dog probably has PTSD... read more

Update, I see Pet Paradise has responded to my review. I have made multiple calls about this facility. The last person i talked to, regional manager Samantha, was happy to tell me that my Mollys misery is a " training opportunity". I find that comment to be repulsive. I am currently waiting for a call further up the chain to speak to her boss. No excuses, this facility should be shut down for animal cruelty!

My husband and I have been using pet paradise for about a year as our pup truly enjoyed it here. Regretfully we now have to find somewhere else to go based on the actions of the people here. We left our two pups here while I went on a week long work trip. The first issue that occurred happened 5 days into their stay. The dogs were dropped off on a Sunday... on Friday I received a call advising that they were worried because the dogs weren't eating their food. I set a reservation at this location so I could travel overnight. I emailed them my dogs vaccination records and received confirmation for my pet's stay. The day before my trip, I got an email that the reservation was canceled. I called immediately to ask about the email. They had no real reason and basically said they were overbooked. Kennel cough! We had to go to doggie ER the night after picking him up. I've left messages with staff to make them aware of his illness, but NOBODY ever called to follow up. Also, this same dog was left outside of his kennel for a couple hours after having been fed. (We'd asked that our two dogs not be fed together as the little one steals the big ones food, even though they shared their space). My puppy was set to stay for a weekend at Pet Paradise he came home with a tic, and 3 bags of food and no explanation or curtesy call the days he didn't eat. Then when I saw the bill there were additional services that were applied for grooming, nail clipping, etc and I just asked for a bath. There was also additional summer rates and it's still spring so I am really confused when it's May 24 and summer begins June 20th. I really hope that things can get corrected.

Looks truly are deceiving. This place clearly do not clean the dogs utilities and the dog kennels . Absolutely awful! They gave my dog kennel cough , he was throwing up and everything. The amount that we were charged , things should of been way more up to par and clean especially during a WORLD PANDEMIC. Never going back.

My pet Mazi Hammonds was put out of Pet Paradise because of a disagreement with my son Earl Hammonds. I have been trying to reach coporate due to this situation ans no one is responding to me. I wrote them and was told they were going to contact Pet Paradise location at Airport Campcreek no one is concerned about what has happened to our family.
