I had an unbelievable experience at this location! I booked boarding for our two dogs, one is a happy go lucky husky mix, the other is a mutt who has had a traumatic life and is a bit aggressive/anxious, but warms up to people after a few hours. He has been successfully boarded about 12 times where we used to live. I set an appointment for a dog grooming on August 5th for today August 16th. I received a call yesterday August 15th confirming that I would be bringing Jax to his appointment, and I confirmed yes. I arrived today and was told by Whitney Roberts that the groomer is completely booked and that there is a glitch with the app that sets the appointment. My dog got a decent groom. Like other reviewers have said, the online appointment system doesn't work. I had booked online, showed up, and my dog had not been assigned to a groomer so none were around. Gas is not cheap! Thankfully they rebooked me to the next day and gave me a $10 coupon. The prices are not accurate on the website as well. It looks like its the corporate prices and then each franchise can set their own (higher) price. Overall just frustrating to deal with.

Very frustrated with the service at Pet Paradise Atlanta. My grooming appointments are continued to be cancelled because there's no groomer when I arrive. Every time I book grooming online and I get to the facility, the appointment gets cancelled because no one is available. So frustrating and inconvenient. Someone could at least called to let me know.

Was the only place that I found to take dogs who arent friendly with other dogs, and super convenient to airport but my dog is vaccinated and both times hes gone hes got kennel cough :( cant trust this as his respirations gotten really bad this second time (we thought first time was a fluke)

Dropped my dog off yesterday for Day Camp & Grooming. I loved the grooming service my dog received! Unfortunately was disappointed with the day camp experience. I took use of the webcams pet paradise uses and logged in several times throughout the day and just saw dogs in behind cages. When I went to pick up my dog, I asked if my dog got to play with any dogs / and if they had any playtime today with the dogs and the associates answer was "I'm not sure" which leads me to believe that my dog didn't get to have the experience ... read more

Classic case of what I asked for vs. what I got. I thought I was being pranked. There's no way this happened in real life. This review is in response to the grooming only. I've never boarded my pup here. I specifically requested to speak with the groomer. I showed her the pictures of his last hair cut, pictured below, and she agreed to do a summer cut, & lightly trim down his face. My beagle stayed at the Atlanta Airport Camp Creek Location from May 25, 2022 til May 29. He has allergies so when he sounded like he was gagging and coughing I dismissed it as that. But it got worse and when I took him to his vet he was diagnosed with KENNEL COUGH. I know things can happen, no matter how good our intentions may be. I have mixed feelings about this place. I'll start with the pros. Its such a convenient location. They are right next to park and fly plus, so if you are traveling from ATL, it makes everything easy. Some of the staff members are really great and clearly care about the pups. Cons: There is so much turnover with employees. Some of them are good and some don't seem to care.
