Very nice facility that is very clean. Staff is welcoming and my pup had a wonderful time.
My dog LOVES Pet Paradise! He literally starts crying to get out of the car when we pull up to the parking lot and hops on his back legs all the way in! The staff are friendly and obviously love dogs. I love the convenience of Pet Paradise and it makes me feel good to know that instead of being bored at home, he's playing with other dogs.
Great service! There was a misunderstanding initially, but in the end, they honored the price they had mentioned and we were very, very happy with the way they handled it. They treated our dogs really well and they get excited every time we drive by there.

So happy they keep me updated on my baby while on vacation. They do a whole report card and provide pictures as well
Just there for the Vet's on staff, treated my Zöe like part of the family. I'm not keen on the other srvcs but idk what policies the owner have but seems like owner don't visit and its not entirely "Pet Paradise" -one day maybe I am being too hopeful.

Pet Paradise Coconut Creek has a lot of great features that many dogs and pet parents might love. The facility looks like a fun and engaging place for dogs, and the staff were very helpful and kind. UPDATE: I heard from somebody in the corporate office and had a very nice conversation with them they are aware of their shortfalls in customer service at this location and they assured me that they are working on it. Because my dogs have such a great time there I'm going to give them the chance I understand that it's very difficult right now after the pandemic to fill critical positions. We still find that the wife likes this doggie daycare best locally. We just had another 2 day visit and all went without issue. If you leave on a weekday you have reasonably early drop off hours. Beats weekend hours indeed ... although Sunday pickup is early or extra charges apply. The wife keeps up the records and appears they do so for all boards which feels good. I found this place a few years ago and had heard great things so i decided to give it a try. Place was super clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the play area has a big pool in shape of bone that looks way better than the one for humans lol. I love that they offer boarding, day camp, vet and grooming services. I have the basic dog plan for my dog and luckily she's healthy so I've only had to take care once a year when her check up is due.
