My dog was taken care of well enough here, but she came home with kennel cough even though she was completely separated from other dogs. They didn't give her any meds while she was there, but they did at least notice that she was sick and call us and let us know.

Deepest gratitude to all the staff of Pet Paradise Gainesville Fl for the exceptional and compassionate services caring for the Fabulous Five Carroll Doodles. From initial contact to schedule boarding dates to discharge I am profoundly impressed by the professionalism and animal care expertise. Because of the integrity and commitment to excellent customer services, animal and human, I can travel and rest. I applaud and congratulate the team, the managers and the organization.

The front desk supervisor and manager both who refused to give their names over the phone, are hostile, rude and will talk over you and bully you. If I were in person and spoken to this way I would not feel safe and I have multiple combat deployments in Afghanistan. The original issue is that they changed rates after I had made a reservation for my dogs and never told us that our bill doubled since the estimate until 20min from close of business the day before our reservation and the refund policy requires cancellation 7 day... read more

This place is a good place to leave your dog or cat for an extended stay. I only wish it was on the other side of town by the airport or something instead of way out there near Archer. This place is clean, professional and safe.

This is the only place we take our doggy - and we're definitely "those" type of owners. Our dog is our baby. It's far out there, but he always comes home clean, happy, and I hear great reports. I love the doggy cam which is fun to catch a glimpse of our boy. The staff always remembers him and great him like I imagine they would their own pet.

Love the facility they always take great care of the dogs. But I just spent 30+ minutes on hold with the automated service. Ditch it if people can't press a flashing light on a phone. And I'm my case waiting for a call back is not an option when I have 20 other calls to make due to emergency and they end up calling while I'm on the phone with someone else. Then have to repeatedly restart the cycle. Just press a flashing light on the phone...

I loved Pet Paradise, my dog loved pet paradise! I'm giving them a 4 star review because of the lack of communication. It's sooooo hard to get someone on the phone. Also know one told me that your dogs first day of boarding was considered an evaluation day. I spent all day watching the cameras only to learn that he wasn't allowed out in the group play yet. Although understandable, I wish someone would have told me. I will certainly use them again for short stays(expensive) as long as I can get them on the phone to make my ... read more

My Golden Retriever loves Pet Paradise. He loves the play time with the other big dogs. He's not much of a swimmer but he's been known to get in at Pet Paradise! I am always concerned about my guy when I'm out of town. I feel much better with him at Pet Paradise because I can see him on camera, and I usually request the daily emails. It just makes my trip more enjoyable knowing he is secure!
