We've had a wonderful experience with the team here. Everyone I've met is friendly and very professional. They treat my pup, Kona, as she were there own. This means so much to me to know she's in good hands while I'm at work all day. Best of all, Kona sleeps for hours after daycare.
Business response:
Thank you for the great review. We look forward to seeing Kona soon!
My puppy absolutely loves it here! They have the best customer service and are so wonderful and welcoming. I will definitely be bringing him here regularly for quality play time!

Thank you! Our team works hard to make sure all of our guests have a great time.
I recently visited Pet Paradise to tour the facility before having my 6 m/o Goldendoodle puppy stay there. My first impression was that the facility was impressively clean for how many dogs were there (which was about 80 dogs of all different breeds & sizes)! The facility and areas in which the dogs frequent are also incredibly spacious. Also, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful & knowledgable. Listed below are a few things I learned after my tour today: 1. They have a rewards program through the FiveStars app & they giv... read more

Thank you for the great review, Felipe!
really impressed with this daycare! i heard about them when they came to our apartment for a doggy halloween party. even then, i could tell the employees were passionate about pets, and they eagerly answered our questions. i took my fur baby for one day of daycare soon after and she had an absolute blast! you can even watch your fur baby on the cameras (the video stream is online free of charge- the app costs $). when we brought our fur baby home, she had a report card and was happy yet tired - she's eager to go back!

Hello Taylor, Thank you for the review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your Pet Paradise Experience.
My pup has been coming here for several months and I always have to restrain him from going in too fast. He really enjoys going and is seemingly reluctant to leave. Dropping off and pick up is easy. Wouldn't consider any other place.
I have never kept my cat in a day camp before and was a little skeptical but these guys make you feel comfortable and my cat enjoyed her stay at the pet paradise. Will definitely come back!

Really friendly place to leave my pet. Holly loves the staff & attention she gets. Daily ice cream treats are great too.

Thank you for this great feedback!
I moved here from the other side of the country with my fury friend. I don't know many people here so I had to resort to having a day care help keep my pup happy. The first visit we had wasn't the best one, I told myself I would never go back. But the manager called me after and spoke with me and I really commended him on taking the time to talk to me about the issues that I had with the resort. After that I've been using them for months have not had a single issue and my pup comes home tired and full of love every time. I r... read more
