We left our two dogs (Scottish Terrier and German Shepard) for over 8 days - what a wonderful place and staff !! From the start everyone was very friendly and the ability to see our pets on the Web Cam was just an added value to the experience as we saw them interact and happy. A special thanks to Roger for his help during our stay.

Had a great experience for my dog-Kallie for a few hours (5). Getting acquainted day! Feel confident that they will take good care of my pet. Dropped Kallie off on Friday evening for a overnight stay. On our way to pick her up. Thx Pet Paradise !

We've taken our husky and boston terrier for day care and boarding (5 nights) a couple times over the past month or so and have had great experiences with the staff and reservation process at this Pet Paradise location. You can view the pet cams for free on the website (via pc) or iphone for a small subscription fee. I was kinda bummed at the fee, but there's an option for like $6/year so in reality it's not a big deal. Pet paradise is a business that cares about the community too, I have seen them collecting items to help dogs impacted by tornados.

This place is awesome!!! My husband has a very busy work schedule, so when it comes to trips we decide last minute to do something or plan a weekend getaway on a whim. With that being said, Pet Paradise has been very accommodating!!!! The staff is always so sweet and welcoming as well!!!! Thank you!!

Had to make a trip up to Houston for a couple days and our usual dog sitter was sick with an ear infection so we decided to board our dog here. Our pup has never been boarded before, so we went into it kind of blindly and very last minute. Luckily the reservation person was very helpful and thorough. Once we checked him in everyone was friendly and helpful. I called in one day to check on him and it seemed like he was having nothing but a great time. I would recommend this to family and friends. Pet Paradise is amazing! We take our fur baby here every other Monday for day camp. She gets plenty of play time and comes home nice and tuckered out. The staff is incredibly friendly and calls our dog by name every time. They have live webcams of the play areas so I can keep an eye on things while I'm at work. They even feed her lunch with the food they have on premise by request. We've used boarding services here as well, and the staff very politely obliges when I call to "check in."
