Our two dogs love it here! They get the opportunity to play with other dogs, and they always come home worn out after a long day of having fun. My wife and I especially like how we can watch them play on the free webcams. We will check in every now and then to see how they are doing, and they always seem to be running around with a big smile on their faces. I have boarded my two pups at the pet paradise in Houston and they absolutely love it . This location is great also my friend called all the time to check in on my dogs while I was out of the country and they where always so helpful

We have always had a great experience here! They know the dogs well and truly care about them, which makes leaving them a little easier. Very friendly staff and always very easy to make reservations.

We picked up our dogs today after their first boarding at Pet Paradise. The staff was so nice and they send a nice email update about how the dogs are doing while you're away. Our dogs were their usual happy and energetic selves when we picked them up! We used to board them at the vet, but now that we live close to Pet Paradise we will always use them. I love that the pups can get more play time and a nicer "suite." So glad to find them!

I have three very high-energy Jack Russells, and have always been super cautious and paranoid about any type of daycare, dog sitting, boarding, etc. however when I visited Pet Paradise I was immediately at ease by their attention and care. I asked so many questions, which were answered the very patient and kind associate - I think her name was Laura(?). We have 3 dogs with very different personalities and somehow they all love going to pet paradise. The staff is very friendly, caring and attentive to the owners and the animals. They dont mind all my calls to check on the dogs and they always take their time when we drop off and pick up. We go out for 2 or 3 weeks at a time and I am sure the doggies are well cared for and having a great time too. I recommend this place for boarding!

Great place to keep your dog either as daycare or overnight. My 80 lb lab mix is fired up when she shows up. That tells me all I need to know.

Thank you Pet Paradise! I took my 9 month old Doggie for boarding this weekend and Shiloh absolutely loved it! When I went to pick her up she was excited to see me but she didn't want to leave! This shows how much fun she had at Pet Paradise. While she was boarding I received an email everyday with an update of how Shiloh was doing and also with a picture attached. I don't leave my dog with just anyone, but Pet Paradise in Las Colinas was highly recommended to me by my friend who feels the same way about boarding her dog. The Las Colinas location opens early on weekdays, offers a rewards program, and even has Sunday pickup. The staff is very attentive to my dog and they give her lots of belly rubs haha. I am completely comfortable leaving my dog at Pet Paradise for an overnight, a weeklong trip, anytime.
