This review is for grooming only. Our previous pooch was groomed by Meneco at Pet Paradise and we LOVED her. She was incredibly patient with him because he sometimes would pull an attitude and become grouchy. Not with Meneco! I think she really put him at ease and treated him so kindly. Our little guy passed away about 3 years ago and we just weren't ready to give love to a new furry baby until last December. Best place for boarding your pet. All staff members are so nice and you can tell they love both dogs and cats. They have a wonderful groomer named Menico and Karin and Mesha are fantastic! My dog loves everyone who works there. The webcams are an added bonus and love watching my pup play on the phone and they always let you know what's going on while your pet is boarding with them. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

I was skeptical at first to bring my puppy here as I had adopted him from a shelter and didn't want him to feel he was being placed back in one. After reading a book on bringing a puppy home, they encouraged socializing your puppy as soon as possible so they can be accustomed to seeing other people and dogs without fearing them. After reading reviews on this place I tried out the doggy day care for a day. They have live webcams so you can see your pal playing with others. I have been taking my two dogs to Pet Paradise Las Colinas since April of this year. I toured earlier in the year after hearing positive reviews from a neighbor. The facility is clean and the staff has always been polite/accommodating. The first day I left them for their overnight trip, I received an email with pictures of my dogs, and a brief description of how they were doing. Pet Paradise is an amazing place to take your pets. I took my dog Lbee for the first time and he loved it. I was worried because I've never boarded him before, he's always stay with family. but I would definitely take him back. In fact I'm taking him back today. the staff was nice the schedule they have for the pets was incredible. Price is right. I am officially a lifetime customer.

Little did we know that this gem existed so closely to our home! Hidden behind the Irving Equestrian Center, Pet Paradise is large and much nicer than Camp Bow Wow or All Dogs Unleashed.
