I've been taking my 2 boys here for almost a year. They're always excited to jump out of the car and see the PP staff. PP staff are friendly and their prices are affordable! They'll keep me updated on their stay when we're on vacation. PP has been a savior when I have unexpected travel and have to drop them off last minute. Only feedback I would have is that their doggie cams don't always work and the house baths don't always get them super clean (if you use the groomer, you're good!). Overall, we're happy with PP!

Pet paradise was my first pet boarding experience and i am pretty pleased with them so far. i have boarded my cat here twice for over a week each time and the service was very good. i will continue to use them for my boarding needs. i cannot speak on their dog day camp but i alway see other happy customers when i am picking up or dropping off my pet.

My yorkie, Chevy, loves Pet Paradise!!! The staff is amazing and takes care of him so well!! If you need a place in Las Colinas for your dog to have a great day and people who care, then you need to come to Pet Paradise!!

This place is outstanding. Great facility, very affordable, friendly service. I dropped my dog here for his first ever doggie daycare experience and they were very understanding and patient with me. I called several times to check on him (I couldn't get the doggie cam to work on my work network) and they gave me a good update. They also offer grooming and boarding services so we took advantage and got his nails trimmed. Everyone was so friendly and they obviously love animals. Francis This is the best pet resort in the DFW area. Our little Francis is always excited to go there. The staff is very friendly and professional in all aspects of customer experience. We are pleased with their service.

This is Darb's second home and I think his favorite! As soon as I make the turn on their street, Darby is out of his bed and looking out the window wagging his little bunny tail! 2017 Darby spent roughly 30% of the year in boarding. Due to circumstances, he would arrive unannounced and never was I made to feel guilty and they were always happy to see him. Great facility. My dog loves coming here. The dog report cards are fantastic. My only issue is the cost and there is a holiday upcharge.

I have moved, but I keep coming back to Pet Paradise no matter the distance because they take such great care of our dogs! Such great, friendly service!

This was our first time grooming and I was worried on what to expect. Romeo is not a very furry Golden Retriever; so it was very important that his fur only be trimmed to tame flyaways. The result was quite satisfactory - he came out looking neat and smelling fresh. The staff is very friendly too. Two things which made me take away a star from the rating were - 1.
