It's hard to find a place to bring your dog when you need to leave them. There is a variety of dog boarding places in Tallahassee and honestly many of them are cheaper than Pet Paradise but none can compare to the quality. Our dog is very weary of new people and places. Love Pet Paradise in Tallahassee!!!! My sweet girl seems to have a great time hanging out with all of her four legged friends. Enjoys a day where she can play and not worry about the weather or being board home alone. On top of it she even gets puppy ice cream!! I just wish she would be able to get in the bone shaped pool some, they put her mostly with the little dogs even though she is a medium dog. Consistently our first choice (Tallahassee) for day care and overnight stays for Blue Belle. She can't wait to get out of the car once she realizes we are there. It is always very clean and the staff is very attentive and cheerfully greet her. When they have themthe Wacky Wednesdays are a great bargain for Day Camp!

Overall, pretty good! I have been a consistent customer for almost four years now, and I really do appreciate the great service and pawgress reports. Their communication is excellent. However, after we recently picked her up from a six day stay, she reeked. Not sure if it was because it was in the Christmas season, but the odor was so awful that I wondered if she lived in such dirty conditions the whole time. The previous stays were nothing but spectacular, so I hope this was only a one-time concern!

So fun for my doggo Remi! He loved every minute of it. As a busy pet parent, i feel guilty when we can't play with him as much as we should. The guilt melts away when I pick him up at the end of the day at 6:30. He makes so many friends that we can just see via camera app. Transparency is key with this company and staff are very friendly. Many add on services like individual play plans, yougurt treats. He comes home pooped out and tired from an exciting play day. He comes home with notes so I feel included. We have taken our 4 babies here on several occasions and they always seem to be so happy when we pick them back up. We have done the day care and overnight and are very happy. The staff is always pleasant and takes the extra time to personally know our puppies. We are very happy here and will continue to bring our pups here!

I am always impressed by how clean the facilities are at the pet pradise here in Tallahassee and how friendly and welcoming the staff. Makes it a lot easier to leave my Zilla.

I brought my sweet little pup here for a weekend stay and was very pleased. She really seemed to have a good time - I can always tell when I pick her up - if she is mad at me she shows it but her tail was wagging and seemed to love being held by the gals that work here. I received a Pawgress report which I love so I know how her stay was. The facilities are indoors and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup with them! UPDATE -- A manager called to say the time limit for part-time daycare isn't as strict as the employee thought. They refunded $10 and hoped my dog would return. Below is a summary of what spurred a negative review: Today I was charged a full day price for being 15 minutes late to pick up my dog after her half-day visit. Never mind the traffic delay on the way to pick her up. And no, they didn't suggest I take advantage of the full day. The employee said, "Yeah."
