Pet Paradise is one of the most professionally run businesses I have encountered in Tallahassee. The manager went out of her way to make my pup feel at home for the duration of her stay, and even provided Twitter and Facebook updates several times a day (often mentioning my dog by name or providing pictures of her during play time). Pet Paradise is a little higher in price than most boarding establishments, but it is well worth the extra money! I highly recommend adding on the "take home bath" option! Terrible. I dropped my puppy off and not even 3 hours later they said she couldnt walk. They first offered to take her to the vet themselves but i came and did it myself and just missed my trip. They refused to take responsibility for her bills even tho she got injured in their care. Do not leave your dog here.

SENT US HOME WITH THE WRONG DOG!!!!! We dropped both of our dogs off for one day and picked them up today. When we get home, one of the dogs (chocolate lab) was completely freaked out and wasn't recognizing us and we were sure the dog was not ours. Our cat was hissing at it. We loaded the dog back into the car immediately and took it back. I paid for VIP and one on one supervision for my dog due to the respirator illness that is going around. Staff did not adhere to the one on one and allowed my dog to play with the other dogs. He was in is VIP suite with urine and poop in the floor. I had two call staff and asked them to clean it up.

Groomers are hit and miss. For a while they had great groomers, but they never stay long Last week, I had to book the appointment twice, since the first time the groomer didn't even bother to show up to work. So I had to reschedule with a so called "more experienced groomer". I explained that one of my dogs is a rescue, and was assured it wouldn't be a problem, we'll it was. She was a hot mess. Boarded our dog for 2 nights. They were to wash the dog. They didn't wash the dog. She and her bed were covered with shit. I've never had this kind of poor treatment of our dog.

Please be aware before you book a reservation. We booked a stay for our baby while my husband had brain surgery. He ended in ICU with complications. When I called them to extend our pets stay, they said they were booked up and could not keep him longer. No exceptions. I was three hours away and was not leaving the hospital. My son had to drive 2 hours to get our dog. Keep in mind, they are not there for your pets welfare.

SOMEONE'S PET WILL D!E THERE ONEDAY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET(S) OR KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM. I ACCUMULATED A HEFFTY VET BILL JUST FOR BOARDING MY PUP THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS! My pup was boarded there for 2 nights.When I picked him up his body was covered in rashes, eyes red, and paws extremely swollen. I have a minicher poodle and recently moved to Florida. Took her to paradise to be groomed. $55 later....it was the worst grooming I have ever seen. Looked like a 5 year old did it. So uneven, no style, tail was bald! I will NOT be back!
