They are the WORST dog day care facility. I decided to take my 2 dogs there to allow me to get some work done around the house for about 5 hours. While they were there I put up the web cams of their facility on one of my monitors and their kennel was across from the camera so I could watch them while they were there. Well not a good choice for pet paradise since I watched my dogs sit there for over 4 and a half hours in the kennel while other dogs got to go out and play (some of them multiple times). 100% no. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They charge you for extra play and everything else. (Go to Mojo's Backyard!!! 1/2 the price! and Play all day!) I have the sweetest, kindest, pitbull who has TWO letters of recommendation that were OFFERED by her last two day cares in case needed. My girl stayed there for 3 days. They charge an extra 10$ JUST TO SEND YOU A PHOTO AND EMAIL ABOUT YOUR DOG'S STAY. That should just be common courtesy. I requested a nail clipping, and that didn't happen. These guys really messed up our family labor day weekend trip. We made a reservation through their on-line system on Friday. Showed up to drop the dog off Saturday morning only to be told that there were full We had to punt at that point. Avoid these guys until they get their reservation act together.
