A big THANK YOU to Pet Paradise for coming through for us at the last minute. We decided to evacuate our home due to the impending hurricane and the amount of large oak trees surrounding my home. Not only were they open on a Sunday morning, the person who took my call was compassionate and accommodating. What was just as impressive was the facility. It looked like an upscale spa for dogs! I bring my Goldendoodle to Pet Paradise for boarding and grooming regularly. When we arrive they always greet us by name. My Dood is very high energy and they are very patient with her. My Dood always comes home happy and tired. As a professional who is forced to travel regularly for work, it is very important to me that I know my Dood has a place to stay that I can trust. PS - if you are a student or you work for the State, be sure to ask about relevant discounts!

I love this place and more important so does my baby (chihuahua). His tail starts wagging as soon as we park, he goes straight inside and might hesitate when I leave him in doggie daycare, but after taking him for a few days he doesn't even look back. The staff seems just as excited as he is when I drop him off. Everyone recognizes him and gives him plenty of love. My chihuahua is an only child and it gives me peace of mind to know he is being well taken care off. So worth it and more. Thank you!!

We have been taking our 60lb dog Nala to Pet Paradise since our first daughter started FSU. We worried what to do with Nala when we took family vacations. In our daughters second year we drove by Pet Paradise and checked them out to see if we would like the place if we ever needed.... no brainer... WE LOVED IT! A little pricey, but so worth the comfort leaving Nala and knowing she is well taken care of! She always comes home happy and exhausted! The staff is always wonderful and friendly! Thank you Pet Paradise!

I recently boarded my dog with Pet Paradise and I am very pleased with everything. My dog is a bit shy and doesn't like to romp with the other dogs and the staff understood that. When I picked her up after 4 nights, she was happy to see me, energetic, and happy overall. I used an upscale facility like this for three years with her, but in another city, and Pet Paradise is really worth the higher prices.

I Cannot say enough great things about the loving people at Pet Paradise. The family hound ( Teddy) concurs - this is the Ritz of pet resorts - of course he cannot talk , but he wags his tail when we pull on the parking lot . Big thank you to Caitlin and the entire staff - top notch !

I've been taking my miniature schnauzer Toby to Pet Paradise for a little over a year now and I recommend this place to everyone who is looking to board their dog. It can be a little pricey but it's definitely worth the money because they take such good care of the dogs and there's no facility like Pet Paradise. I never had an issue at any of the resorts that I've been too (Tallahassee, St. Augustine, Gainesville, and both resorts in Jacksonville). They're all awesome! I've been taking my little Italian Greyhound, Lola, to Pet Paradise when I go out of town for years now. It is super clean and organized, and the staff is always friendly and happy to see you and your dog. It's so nice when I go in and they recognize Lola. Since I adopted another IG, he has been a few times with Lola. I am completely confident in the care they provide and how much love you can see they have for the dogs (and cats).
