Boarded our dog for 2 nights. They were to wash the dog. They didn't wash the dog. She and her bed were covered with shit. I've never had this kind of poor treatment of our dog.

Please be aware before you book a reservation. We booked a stay for our baby while my husband had brain surgery. He ended in ICU with complications. When I called them to extend our pets stay, they said they were booked up and could not keep him longer. No exceptions. I was three hours away and was not leaving the hospital. My son had to drive 2 hours to get our dog. Keep in mind, they are not there for your pets welfare.

SOMEONE'S PET WILL D!E THERE ONEDAY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET(S) OR KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM. I ACCUMULATED A HEFFTY VET BILL JUST FOR BOARDING MY PUP THERE FOR 2 NIGHTS! My pup was boarded there for 2 nights.When I picked him up his body was covered in rashes, eyes red, and paws extremely swollen. I made the staff aware while I was still in the lobby and the staff brushed it off. On the way home my pup vomited and had extreme diarrhea multiple times. I have a minicher poodle and recently moved to Florida. Took her to paradise to be groomed. $55 later....it was the worst grooming I have ever seen. Looked like a 5 year old did it. So uneven, no style, tail was bald! I will NOT be back!

Honestly the staff is very friendly and at first I was very happy with them, I called to see if I could come in just for a nail trim, they said I could come in and it would be about 10 minutes. When I came you could tell they were very overbooked with dogs. It looked very chaotic with how many dogs they had together in the play area. They also seemed quite understaffed. We brought our puppy to Pet Paradise for boarding back in October for 2 nights and it went well. Well enough for us to bring him back this past weekend for 3 nights. This time was a very different experience. We picked up our dog and noticed a little dry blood in his neck. We thought nothing of it; dogs play rough sometimes and things happen. This is a mixed review because as much as we love Pet Paradise and our pups love Pet Paradise, they seem incapable of communicating important reservation information. Example: we made reservations for a holiday weekend a week in advance. Two days before the reservation is set to start and our travel plans are to begin, Pet Paradise emails us to let us know one of the dogs Bordetella is expired. Wish I could give zero stars. Never take your dog here ever. Picked up my dog and he has scabs all over his body and face. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Pic posted below. Day after I picked him up

I dropped my lab off hear on the way to Universal Studios for a three nights stay July 28-31, when I picked him up I didn't notice the raw sores all over his neck. We were about 6 hours away in Destin before it became evident that something was wrong with him. When we picked him up he was still damp from getting a bath so I didn't notice the wounds on his neck seeping until the next day when he was completely dry.
