Like millions of people are pets are our family, so you always get so nervous when it comes time to find the right boarding place. I'm so thankful I came across Pet Paradise!!! The staff is so friendly and took such good care of our two boxes, they made sure that if they weren't eating because of anxiety that they would add chicken broth in the meals, small things like that mean so much, it shows how much they care about the pets they are watching! We went out of town for 6 days and left our six month old goldendoodle mini in the care of Pet Paradise. We were so anxious being this was our fur baby's first boarding experience. Well, Pet Paradise did an amazing job! They were quick to respond to our check in emails, they sent pictures and they offered us great reassurance by sending thoughtful details and information (ie how Tyler was acting, eating patterns, etc.) Definitely will just this location again! I used Pet Paradise for both grooming and boarding. I have no issues with boarding services. My dogs are alway well cared for and come back happier than ever. Their webcams are great and I have often obsessed over watching my dogs via webcam for longer than I care to admit. Now grooming services has always been top notch. Our groomer was Laura and we loved her. She has since left the company and we're devastated. She knew exactly how to grrom our baby every time we brought her in. Great facility and team! I love being able to check in via webcam to see how my pup is doing. The staff was kind and informative about my dogs stay and I feel that I can trust them with my pet next time I'm out of town!

Pet Paradise has been wonderful to work with. They love our dog and constantly keep us updated on how he is doing through out the day. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly.

it is as good as it gets! I love this place. my fur babies love coming here. they get excited every time I pull into the parking lot. I have so much comfort knowing they love my babies!!!!

Daisy seemed quite well and happy when I picked her up from her stay in May. I hate to leave her overnight anywhere because she is such a special dog. Don't know if she got her toys put with her but she needs her tennis ball at all times. I hope she is not uncomfortable at any time. She doesn't like the heat, Needs plenty of water. Although she is well trained she needs to be let outside at least 4 times in 24 hours. I am counting on this to be included in the treatment she receives at Pet Paradise. We take our Toy Aussie, Tucker, here for their grooming services which never disappoint. We are quite picky when it comes to our boy so finding a place was challenging. He loves his groomer and looks awesome afterwards!!! This is our go to place for grooming.
