Sadly, we did not have a good experience boarding our dog here. Previously we have loved the Peachtree City location and was hoping this location would have the same standard of care and attention for our dog, but it was not. Be aware!! I will give them a 2 Reason being both my dogs are now sick after staying in their care for 8 days. I picked them up on a Saturday evening and the next morning when we got up both my dogs had green discharge coming from their eyes. I took them to emergency vet and they were diagnosed with bacterial conjunctivitis (caused by an unclean environment). By Monday afternoon my littlest dog was sneezing and started coughing. Honestly, the most awful experience I have ever had with a company. This groomer we booked with Dylan - lacked experience, had zero patience, and was not professional. He started off the conversation with a horrible attitude and even called back to basically backtrack. He SHAVED DOWN TO THE SKIN of both of my golden doodles. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Before I was very excited about Pet Paradise, but after my first experience I would never ever recommend this place to anybody. Everything started on the 9th of December. So first, in order for you to make an appointment if it is your first time you have to give them a 50% deposit. (Which for me wasn't that big of a deal). Save $65 and buy your own brush / shampoo for your dog. This place was not always bad but the last 3 times have been awful. Let me know if you have suggestions on a better place.

If I could write a zero I would have. Groomer refused to groom my dog because she had some mattes. Said she didn't have the time. They lost future big bucks!!! Nasty, rude, don't return voice messages for appts, and wont tell you prices for grooming. You only find out the cost when you meet with the groomer. This groomer said she didn't have the time to deal with my dog.

Sooo I was super excited about this Pet Paradise I have never used but have used Pet paradise in Jax FL ATL Ga n Fort Lauderdale FL.. and I was very disappointed with the new WoodStock location I just pick my baby up n she sinks sooooo bad like horrible.. like she has been sitting in urine .. my baby is super trained she does not potty in the house my concern with the Woodstock location there is no one there with the animals over night ..sat they close at 5 n Friday's 7:30 sat I am calling like crazy to pick my baby up just ... read more

The staff here has a thing or two to learn about customer service. Also, letting out 20+ large dogs in the same area of which several are high energy pit bulls that keep bullying other dogs and won't leave them alone when they want to be left alone is not my idea for a good time for my large, lower energy dog. Oh, and when you mop the floors, you might want to put the water with the chemicals behind closed doors considering I saw two dogs sticking their nose in there. Once, and never again.
