Our family has been using Bark Station for over a year now for our two dogs Max and Sasha. These doge simply LOVE all the staffers there. The dogs both know as we pull into the parking lot where they are and go nuts wanting to get out and go play. You can watch your dogs on a webcam during business hours and it's nice to see how great the staff is while associating and playing with the pups. Wonderful place to take your dogs! Knowledgeable and caring staff. Clean rest and play areas making it a nice home away from home for dogs.
We take our dog here twice a week for doggy daycare and its also the only place we will board her when we go out of town. From the very first time we went for a tour of the facility it was evident that both the owners and the entire staff loved dogs. Clean facility and a great staff. Can't recommend Bark Station enough.
Roscoe's home away from home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that your pet is happy and well taken care of when they are not with you. Roscoe goes once a week to play and anytime we travel.
My wife and I have been taking our German Shepherd pup here for several months and couldn't be happier. It is family operated and they take excellent care of our dog. The facility is always clean and well kept, and you can tell that they really care about the animals that come in the door. Also, they have a web cam where you can take peeks at your pup throughout the day to see how they are doing. The wife and I took our 2-year-old black Lab, Duke, for their dog wash today. What a great concept! For $10 they provide an elevated, roomy sink/stall to wash your dog. The price includes shampoo and dryers for your dog. If you've ever wrestled with your Lab in the tub or shower, ten bucks is a small price to pay. They also have a very cool boarding facility with indoor/outdoor play areas for the dogs, but we haven't had a chance to try them yet. It seems like a really well-run facility.
past two times my pup has gone for a grooming or playday. she has come back sick. she went for a grooming on thursday. friday night she threw up dinner. and on saturday morning she woke up and had liquid poops multiple times in the day. she has thrown up about 3 times in past 30 mins. she isnt the dog to get sick and is really healthy. can eat chapsticks and socks like a champ and no throw up after. was shocked when i looked at another reviewer from a week ago mentioning kennel cough. hate that this happened twice as i reall... read more

Pet Paradise didn't tell us when we dropped off that kennel cough was going through the facility. They didn't tell us when we scheduled his play day either. I called to ask why the dogs weren't playing (after all that's why we took him to begin with) and was told they have cases of kennel cough and out of an abundance of caution all play time is limited. Now my dog has kennel cough and it's awful. I know the risks on any given day but to not be told is totally unacceptable. On my first call they offered to pay a half day. Wh... read more

Total BS experience. Made appointment, confirmed appointment and even paid a DEPOSIT for said grooming appointment. I was told to bring my dogs vaccination records, that was it. I was NEVER told she needed to have a certain list of vaccinations. They would not take her and my grooming appointment, even though she was up to date on her rabies shot. They cancelled my appointment and kept my deposit. Save your money and don't waste your time with this BS establishment. I suppose they require a special vaccination because... read more
