Based on a recommendation, I brought my Pomeranian, Myles, to Laura for a full groom for the first time about a month ago. Laura was very willing and eager to listen to my wants and needs, sweet to Myles and did a great job! I also met the manager, Samantha. She was so accommodating and patient as I asked her questions about Pet Paradise. I even got an impromptu tour of the boarding facilities. The front desk staff were all very kind as well.

This place is great. And more importantly, my dog loves going here. All I have to do is say "Bark Station" (the former name of this location before PP purchased), and my dog starts running to the door to get in the car. The staff here is on top of things, and they always call me if there is the slightest question they might have. Always friendly each time there, and they know my dog well. I've never boarded before and I've never done daycare. We have an 8 year old English Bulldog and a 2.5 year old terrier rescue. One is extremely laid back and the other is anxious & easily excitable. Both are good with other dogs, but needless to say, I had no idea what to expect going in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and ensured me my dogs would do just fine. We love Pet Paradise Woodstock, but more importantly our dog does! She bolts through the door to play in the mornings, and she's exhausted from having so much fun each evening. You'll find a very friendly and personable staff here. I highly recommend it!

My dog stayed here for a week and was happy. They always answered phone when we called. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We love Pet Paradise! The grooming staff is excellent and the boarding is the best. It's hard for us to leave our pupper anywhere because she has EPI, a serious birth defect which basically means her pancreas is busted and her food has to be "cooked" JUST SO. Whenever she comes back from boarding, we always fear that maybe someone will forget and get her enzymes wrong and that she'll be sick...and it never happens! Thank you Pet Paradise for loving on our Zoey!

Exceptional service and care! Establishment is clean, safe, and well-run. Staff obviously cares about all dogs who walk in the door. I know my dog is valued and loved while I'm at work, as is apparent when I go to pick him up and he appears so at ease with the staff who bring him out to me. Workers truly try to get to know the dogs and their personalities. Management knows what they're doing and runs everything smoothly. Pet Paradise is a welcoming place to send your fur-kid off for a day of play. I've only utilized daycare services but am pleased with what I've experienced. Everyone that I've encountered is incredibly charismatic and happy everyday. The hours for drop off and pick up are the best in the area for those with extended workdays (6:30 am to 7pm). Our pup had a blast. I don't like being charged more for overnight stays during the holidays... People have enough expense during the holidays and it's not really cool to charge folks more money just because they can. Other than the rate, we will probably go back. Our rescue dog is a sweetheart and he enjoys the fun.
