I recently closed on a home with Peter and his team. I have done several purchases and refinances with them, and will continue to go back to them in the future. I have worked with many different banks over the years. Securing a loan is time consuming with providing all of the documentation, etc. and something last minute always seems to come up. I appreciate the responsiveness, proactive thinking, and follow through from Peter and his team. I have recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so.
Peter and his team were amazing to work with as we purchased our first home. Peter was personable, flexible, and extremely responsive. He figured out an affordable way for us to get into a home we loved. He answered all of my questions patiently, and with a bit of humour to help us get through a stressful process.
