Peter was excellent. Even though we had contacted him 3 years prior and didn't use him for the initial loan, he was immediately responsive and was able to recall our previous exchanges. Refinancing was smooth and painless. If I had one complaint it is that the online software they use is very restrictive on the supported browsers. However, they immediately sent the necessary documentation over night with a prepaid return envelope. Peter Accolla has been my lender twice. He and his Team know what they are doing and move fast and correctly. They are smart and easy to talk to. Peter and his team helped me through the daunting task of going through the loan process as a firsttime home buyer. Peter was great in helping us navigate and assemble a complex payment package. It worked out great and Peter has a strong support team to assemble documents and work with lenders, who are becoming more stringent.
