Peter Accolla was very upfront about all the fees and did not hesitate giving us a Good Faith Estate for me to shop around. Sure enough, no other lender was able to beat or even match the rate Peter gave us. Everything was electronic, with a few wet signature exceptions. Overall it was painless process.
