Peter was very helpful in getting my loan through where other lenders fell short. Peter was able to give me a lower rate, as well as a lender credit, and his fees were reasonable. He was honest and gave great advice through the loan process. His team was quick to answer any questions and handled my mortgage application smoothly. There was no delay and I closed exactly 30 days. I would recommend him and his team.
I have never ever reviewed anyone or anything online, but after my experience with Peter and his team, i feel compelled to share it with others. I had to change lenders after a painful experience with the previous one (changed 3 days after original closing date), but these guys made me almost forget the pain of the earlier experience. Peter and the rest of his team at McLean Mortgage were extremely responsive, helpful throughout the entire and cumbersome mortgage process. We have not bought a home since 1991, well before the housing crash and bank failures partially brought on by predatory lenders.
