Peter and his team were absolutely great, couldn't of asked for more. They were very responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anybody in need of a mortgage.

The Peter Accolla team is remarkable in their speed, efficiency and ability to resolve underwriting issues in a very tight time frame. We closed our loan in less than thirteen working days under circumstances where confirming creditors were difficult to reach during the Holidays or simply weren't available, and Peter's team found solutions and got the loan closed. Peter advised us about the pros & cons of a 30yr., 15 yr., adjustable 7 & 5 yr. notes. He explained the differnces on the adjustable rates, the rate change dates and amount of change per the contract. This was all very helpful in making our decision, as we are looking at retiring & selling within a couple of years. Peter and his staff were on top of everything concernng our refinance.
