I appreciate their selection of cat products (I use Orijen fit&trim, Boxiecat litter, and my cats love the Yeowww! Catnip toys) I frequently use their self wash pet bathing facility- it’s nice that it’s in a separate room and they provide dryers, shampoo, cotton, towels and solid water pressure. Makes rinsing and deshedding easier, and the staff are always very welcoming and accommodating.

Thank you so much for the great recommendations for our new puppy Eloise! Her fursister and I really appreciate her chewing on the the puppy benebones instead of us! 😂

Staff is friendly and always super helpful. Always offer to carry the heavy dog food bag to my car. I have been a happy customer for 7 years.

So thankful for the delivery across the river. This store just happened to be closer to us than the Union, KY location and would deliver. Seamless and contactless and SAME DAY! Will use this shop and delivery service again! And now our puppy has her favorite Tucker’s bones.

SO easy. I gave my 15.5yo beagle mix a bath. Why haven't I done this before. The soap ia great, the towels are amazing for only $12. The staff was super nice too!

The employees are always welcoming & friendly! Usually I go into the store, but today I used delivery. I placed the order prior to them opening at 11 am, and I believe the Postmates driver arrived with my order by 11:45. The store processed my request way earlier than I expected, and it was appreciated. I'm just sorry it's taken me nearly a year to finally visit this store. It's so convenient!
