It is always so easy and quick to get my dogs food. The woman who checked me out was so friendly and gave me treats to take to my dog in the car. It was super sweet and made it such a nice personal experience.

Hollywood Feed is my dog's favorite place in the world to visit. She starts SCREAMING in the car when we pull down the street leading to the Rocky River store. EVERYONE who works there is so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and have all played a huge role in my reactive rescue's recovery. I should also say that I avoided this store for years because I figured it was an over-priced boutique pet food store due to the location (Rocky River). But it's NOT! Staff is always so great, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the selection has been lacking since the store switched to Hollywood Feed. The usual favorites we always purchased are no longer available or carried at our location.
