Hi We have been using Petro for at least 20 years and have NEVER had a problem with them. Their service is excellent, we have both oil and propane. Their Technicians are great they know what they are doing and they are very polite, and their Customer Service People at the other end of the telephone when you call is so very helpful and nice about it and you can call 24/7…

Wait to many layers no longer good customer service...
I would highly recommend the crew from Petro (Wes the salesman & Tyler the technician) that recently installed a mini split A/C 18 BTU condenser & 2 in-home Air handlers. This action effectively solved out concern with excessive seasonal humidity that encompasses New England during the summer months.
