Petro did not refill my oil and we ran out. Took 2 hours to get someone on the phone. The service tech that came out a few hours after that was great though!

Telephone support wait time is poor, website portal is good but changes on delivery time, delivery has been good though I have had to monitor to make sure we don’t run out.
