Team was great and I always have a good experience with the Petro team.
Swift response to urgent service request for furnace repair. As the issue required 3 visits from technicians, Petro team kept me informed over the phone on progress and next steps.
Petro did not refill my oil and we ran out. Took 2 hours to get someone on the phone. The service tech that came out a few hours after that was great though!
Telephone support wait time is poor, website portal is good but changes on delivery time, delivery has been good though I have had to monitor to make sure we don’t run out.
No complaints
Service man took the time to find problem with my issue of intermittent heat , with cold weather coming and a grandchild , grandmother with us it was much appreciated
